SHIPPING & DELIVERY

North Coast Pets primarily ships via UPS and USPS. Some of our large items will ship via common carrier. In that case we will call to give a freight quote. If you don't like the quote, you can always cancel, no problem.

If you are shipping your package to a PO BOX or most military addresses, your package will go via USPS.

All packages will have tracking information so we can confirm delivery.

Some of our items will come with free shipping. If your item qualifies, it will be marked "FREE SHIPPING" on the web page.

NORTH COAST DOES OUR BEST TO GET YOU THE LOWEST SHIPPING PRICES AVAILABLE!

North Coast Pets insures all packages against loss or theft during shipping. If your item is damaged or lost, please contact us immediately.

RETURNS

OK, YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT YOU BOUGHT OR YOU ORDERED THE WRONG THING. IT HAPPENS. - WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

No returns after 30 days from invoice date.

All returns must be authorized by North Coast Pets. Please call for a return authorization number. Any package received without return authorization will be refused. This return authorization number must be clearly marked on the return box.

Customer is to insure the return package to protect themselves from carrier damage or loss.

Proof of delivery is recommended.

No credit will be issued for freight charges unless the problem was our mistake.

Any item purchased with "FREE FREIGHT" will be charged the actual outgoing freight charges if returned.

All refused orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee as well as all freight charges.

All returned items must be in new condition with all packaging materials, manuals etc. Packages failing to comply with these instructions will be refused.

TO COMPLY WITH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTEES, ANY DEFECTIVE ELECTRONIC MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR WARRANTY REPAIR. FAILURE TO COMPLY COULD RESULT IN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ARE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER. NORTH COAST PETS DOES NOT OFFER OR IMPLY ANY WARRANTY OF ITS OWN.

TEAFCO RETURNS: Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in NEW condition. Manufacturer charges a 25% restocking fee.

SEAT COVER RETURNS: All Custom Patterned Rear Seat Covers (DCC), Custom Patterned CoverAlls, (DCA), and Custom Cargo Area Travel Liners (DCL) are made-to-order and are NON-RETURNABLE. They are custom made and cannot be cancelled once we start production. Warranty and defect returns are subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Semi-Custom, Econo-Plus, Econo, Door Shields: New and unused items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping charges and 20% restock charge) within 14 days of the delivery date. Upon inspection, any product determined to be no-returnable-to-stock will be returned at the customer's expense.
