SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

North Coast Pets primarily ships via UPS, USPS and Fed Ex.  If you are shipping your package to a PO BOX or most military addresses, your package will go via USPS.  Please note that USPS deliveries will not have a tracking number, only a delivery confirmation number.

Some of our items will come with free shipping.  If your item qualifies, it will be marked "FREE SHIPPING" on the web page.

All freight charges will be added at the time of shipping.

North Coast Pets insures all packages against loss or theft during shipping.  All items shipped via UPS or FedEx will be covered by UPS or FedEx.  If your item is damaged, lost or stolen, please contact us immediately.
