SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

North Coast Pets primarily ships via UPS, USPS and DHL Express.  If you are shipping your package to a PO BOX or most military addresses, your package will go via USPS.  Please note that USPS deliveries will not have a tracking number, only a delivery confirmation number.

Some of our items will come with free shipping.  If your item qualifies, it will be marked "FREE SHIPPING" on the web page. All freight charges will be added at the time of shipping.

North Coast Pets is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen during shipping.  All items shipped via UPS will be covered by UPS.  If your item is damaged, lost or stolen, a claim must be filed through UPS.  To start the claim, you will need to contact us immediately.
